Selekcija, obrada i pakovanje
We pay special attention to meet the needs of our customers when it comes to preparation of the material, so that it can be placed directly in a furnace. Before the mechanical treatment, every piece of iron or non-ferrous metal goes through the hands of employees. We remove any admixture that may prove adverse to the customer and we analyse the chemical composition by means of the manual quantometer. By setting such high standards, we are able to guarantee the chemical composition of the material to every customer.
The next step in the treatment is the salvage of the material, tailored to the needs of the customer. We offer the gas cutting at defined sizes, pressing and grinding. We are equipped with 1 mobile and 2 stationary presses, a pair of alligator shears and an iron mill, type GM2000 TPA.
Posebnu pažnju poklanjamo ispunjavanju zahteva naših kupaca po pitanju pripreme materijala na način podesan za direktno zalaganje u peći. Svaki komad gvožđa ili obojenog metala pre nego što se mehanički istretira na željeni način, prolazi kroz ruke zaposlenih. Otklanja se svaka primesa koja može da šteti kupcu i analizira se hemijski sastav putem ručnih kvantometara. Postavljajući tako visoke standarde u stanju smo da svakom kupcu garantujemo hemijski sastav materijala.Sledeći korak u pripremi je obrada materijala na zahtev kupca, bilo da je to gasno rezanje materijala na određene dimenzije, presovanje ili mlevenje. Opremljeni smo sa 1 mobilnom presom, 2 stacionarne prese, makazama-aligatorkama i mlinom za gvožđe GM2000 TPA.Pakovanje materijala se vrši tako da obezbeđuje bezbedan transport do željene destinacije.

All our vehicles, both off-road and passenger, fulfill the EURO3 standards. In cooperation with MAN company, we have created a powerful fleet of specialised vehicles which quickly and safely collects and delivers the material to and from all parts of Serbia. We also use railroad to deliver iron and steel material to our customers.

Our business activity covers 5 locations : Šabac, Šabac 2, Mišar, Koceljeva and Bogatić. Inos Napredak AD Šabac is a company founded on November 27, 1948. Today, we are a modern firm with 80 employees. We own 14 trucks and 5 passenger vehicles.  Our main activity is collection and salvage of steel scrap. Also, the important aspects of our business are non-ferrous metals and regular metal goods. Delatnost obavljamo na 5 lokacija: Šabac, Šabac 2, Mišar, Koceljeva i Bogatić. Our major shareholders are companies Đolex DOO Šabac and COMETFER, San Stino di Livenza, Italy. |
